"Outside of a Small Circle of Friends" is a great song by  Phil Ochs that everyone should hear and enjoy. The song title could apply to this guitar. This one has only been owned by a various  dealer friends of mine for perhaps the last six or seven years. The finish is all original nitro cellulose from 1968 and custom color Telecasters are rare in general. The guitar has a repaired humbucking route in the neck position. The Sonic Blue color has faded to a light green. The neck has been re fretted and it is a good fret job.
