Early Howard Roberts model, I think these have a solid wood top and these usually have a nice tone. This guitar is free of damage or repairs. The pickup situation has been modified. The mini humbucking pickup is gold plated so seems replaced and now the wiring has been re routed through an end pin jack. The pick guard jack and controls have been replaced by this more modern and preferred technology.
